Description

Creating a mentor with entering more than 25 characters in the 'Occupation' field, even though by the specification the 'Occupation' field should accept maximum 25 characters.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in with valid credentials
2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Fill the 'Occupation' field with more than 25 characters
5. Click on 'Create' button

Expected result
Message should be displayed: 'It should be maximum 25 characters in length'. The admin user should not be able to create a mentor using more than 25 characters in the 'Occupation' field.

Actual result
A mentor is created with more than 25 characters in the 'Occupation' field.
