Description
After inserting the valid credentials in all other areas, in the surname area there are only two letters: "Ru". The user is created with inserting only these two letters.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
2. Click on "Create" button
3. Insert only two letters in the surname area
4. In the rest of the areas follow the instructions from the test case
5. Click on "Create"
Expected result:
The user should not be created and an error message: "The surname must be at least 3 characters" should be displayed.
Actual result:
The user is created containing only two letters in the surname area.
