The user is created with using special characters that are not "-" or "." in the name area

Description

After inserting the valid credentials in all other areas, in the name area there is a special character that is not "-" or".". The user is created by inserting the symbol "!".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
2. Click on "Create" button
3. Insert Darko! in the name area
4. In the rest of the areas follow the instructions from the test case TC-3355
5. Click on "Create"

Expected result:
The user should not be created and an error message: "Only "-" or"." are allowed" (in red letters) should be displayed.

Actual result:
The user is created containing the "!" in the name area.
