Interrapt G25

The attendee was created although the number of the characters used for phone number creation is less than 5.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
2. Click on "Create" button
3. In the phone number area insert a 5-digit number (0782)
4. For other areas use the steps from the case: 3368.

Expected result:
The profile of the attendee should not be created. A message: "Number can be at minimum 5 characters" (red letters) should be displayed.

Actual result:
The profile with only 5-digit phone number was created and an error message was not displayed.
