Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the application
2. Search for a specific employee
3. Click on 'Calculate salary' button
4. Manually calculate the salary for the specific employee
5. Compare the salary calculated through the application and manually calculated salary

Expected result:
The salary calculated through the application should be equal to the manually calculated salary

Actual result:
The salary calculated through the application is not equal to the manually calculated salary
