Interrapt G25

The applcation allows user successfully to create a new Tag with special characters @#$%&* in the Title field instead of the permitted ones “-”, “ . ”

Steps to reproduce:
1.Navigate to URL https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags/
2.Click on the "Create" button
3.Write special characters in "Title" field (ex. "@#$%&*")
4.Click on "Create" button

Expected result:
User should not be able to create a Tag with special characters (ex. "@#$%&*")

Actual result
Tag was successfuly created with special characters "@#$%&*" instead of the permitted ones “-”, “ . entered in the "Title" field
