Interrapt G25

Email field is able to accept invalid formats for e-mail addresses, allowing the user to create a User despite the use of unsupported email format

Steps to reproduce:
1.User should be logged in
2.User should navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users/create
3.Fill in all mandatory fields
4.Fill in the 'Email' field
5.Click the Create button

Test Data:
4.tara@hotmail

Expected result :
If the criteria is not met, a message should be shown that the email field is required in red letters and it should prevent the creation of a mentor with an unsupported email address.

Actual result:
'User is created successfully' message is displayed, allowing the user to create a mentor despite the use of unsupported email address
