Steps to reproduced:
1.Click on 'Attendees'
2.Click on 'Create' button
3.Fill in the "High School" field with 9 characters
4.Click on 'Create' button
Expected result:
-The "High School" field should accept min 10 characters
-Warning message under field
-Attendees should not be created
Actual result:
-The "High School" field is accepting 9 characters
-There is no field validation
-Attendees has been created
