Description
Precondition
User must be previously logged in with appropriate permissions for creating a webinar.
Test Steps
Navigate to the "Create Webinar" page.
Observe the form.
File is ordered under "Description"
Find and click on the "End Date" field.
Enter an invalid date in the past.
Complete the other required fields with valid information.
Submit the form by clicking on the "Create Webinar" button.
Expected results
File "End Date" is shown on form.
The system displays an error message that the end date can not be in the past.
The user is prompted to select a valid end date in the future.
Actual results
The system accepts an invalid past end date.
A message is shown that confirms the creation and end date in the past.
