Interrapt G28

Precondition:
1. User should be previously logged in with appropriate permissions for creating a webinar.

Test Steps:
1. Navigate to the "Create Webinar" page on the left side of the platform.
2. "Descritpion" field is located under the "Тitle".
3. "Description" is input field.
4. The "Title" field should be filled in first.
5. Enter valid description in the "Descritpion" field .
6. "Description" field should accept: Alphabetic characters (both, Latin and Cyrillic), all letter
cases (lower and upper), special characters and spaces. It should be minimum 10 and maximum 500 characters in length.
If the criteria is not met, a message should be shown that the description field is required with red letters.
7. Submit the form by clicking on the "Create Webinar" button."

[This webinar is for education in Sweden. It is mandatory from the age of 6, and starts with nursery school, then compulsory schooling, then upper secondary school. For those whose grades does not qualify for upper secondary school, there are "Introductory programmes" to choose from.].

Expected results:
File "Description" is shown on form.
The system accepts the valid description without any error messages.
The user is redirected to page that the webinar has been successfuly created.
