Description
Precondition
User must be previously logged in with appropriate permissions for creating a webinar.
Test Steps
Navigate to the "Create Webinar" page.
Observe the form.
File is ordered under "Description"
Enter the start date in invalid formats.
Complete the other required fields with valid information.
Submit the form by clicking on the "Create Webinar" button.
Expected results
File "Start Date" is shown on form.
The system displays an error message that the start date format is invalid.
The user is prompted to select a valid start date format.
Actual results
The system accepts invalid start date formats.
A message is shown that confirms the creation of the webinar.
