Summary: User without admin credentials can delete a tag.

Preconditions: User must be logged in and there must be 1 created tag

Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Click on the tags field.
Step 2: Click the delete button for a specific tag.
Step 3: Click the (Yes, delete it!) button.

Expected Result: Only a user with admin credential should have the option to delete a tag.

Actual Result: Users with and without admin permissions have the option to delete a tag.
