Environment: Browser: Chrome-Version:120.0.6099.109 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS: Windows 10 Link: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags?page=62

Description:
The user is able to create a Tag with more than 20 characters in length.

Preconditions: User must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the Tags via navigation menu
2. Click on the 'CREATE' button from to top right corner
3. Fill in the 'Title' field with more than 20 characters
4. Click on the 'CREATE' button
5.Observe

Expected Result: The tag should not be created, and the validation message for the title field being required should be displayed in red letters.

Actual Result: The user is able to create a Tag with more than 20 characters.(File attached)
