Interrapt G27

Environment Details:
1. PC | Windows 11 V.23H2 | Google Chrome | V. 35.0.1916.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
2. Xiaomi Poco F3| Android 14.0.5 | Mi Browser | V 13.25
Bug Description: The Image field should only accept .jpeg or .png uploads by the users when creating webinars.
Steps to Reproduce:
Preconditions: The user must be navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/create
Steps:
Step 1: Populate all the out of scope required fields with valid information.

Description - Test video bug description
Start Date - 28.12.2023 12:00
End Date - 28.12.2023 13:00

Step 2: Click on Mentors.
Step 3: Select "Tac MacTac" (or any other).
Step 4: Click on Tags.
Step 5: Select "lion" (or any other).
Step 6: Navigate to the Image field and click Chose File.
Step 7: Chose an .mp4 fire. (example)

Expected Result: There should be a pop-up message saying "Only .jpeg or .png files are allowed" and the upload window should be closed.

Actual Result:
The Invalid file is successfully uploaded and the end user is able to create that webinar.

Additional Notes:
1. This is a frequent bug that occurs every time a user uploads an invalid file (example mp4 video file)
2. This is not a bug that impacts the main functionalities of the web application and is a Medium Severity and Low Priority bug given that most users will upload only .jpeg or .png format images.
