"Steps to reproduce"
1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2.Click on the Tags menu
3.Search for the created Tag in the search filed
4.Click on the delete button located on the right side of the Tag
5.Observe
"Expected result"
The user without admin credentials should not be able to delete a Tag
"Actual result"
The user without admin credentials can delete a Tag
