Environment Details:
1. PC | Windows 11 V.23H2 | Google Chrome | V. 35.0.1916.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
2. Xiaomi Poco F3| Android 14.0.5 | Mi Browser | V 13.25
Bug Description: The Results per page field should only have 1 arrow.

Steps to Reproduce:
Preconditions: The user must be navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars

Step 1: Observe the GUI of the Results per page field

Expected Result: The Results per page button should only have 1 GUI arrow.

Actual Result:The Results per page button has and extra arrow.

Additional Notes:
1. This is a frequent bug that occurs every time a user sees the results per page field.
2. This is not a bug that impacts the main functionalities of the web application and is a low Severity and Low Priority bug.
3. This is GUI bug.
