Description
When clicking on Delete button user without Admin credentials is able to Delete an existing Tag
Pre condition
User is logged in and there must be at least one created Tag
Steps to reproduce
1.Click on Tags field
2.Click on Delete button on existing Tag"
Expected result
User without admin credentials should not be able to delete an existing Tag
Actual result
User without admin credentials is able to delete an existing Tag and the Tag is no longer available
