Steps to reproduce
1. Click on the Webinars field
2. Click on the Create button
3. Click on the start date field ( start date.jpeg screenshot)
4. Click on the End date and time ( end date.jpeg screenshot)
Expected results
User should be able to pick a date and time from a date picker

A user cannot select a start and end date in the date picker element
