Interrapt G27

Preconditions:
User is navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login and user must be logged in

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Tags Page on the left side of the menu
2. Click on the Create button
3. Enter more than 20 characters

Expected result:
Tag should not be created , as the title is restricted to max.20 characters

Actual result:
The Tag is created
