Interrapt G27

Preconditions:
User is navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login and user must be logged in

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Mentors Page on the left side of the menu
2. Click on the Create button
3. Attempt to create a mentor with a name and surname containing special characters outside the allowed set(,"-" and ".")

Expected result:
Mentor should not be created.

Actual result:
Mentor is created
