Interrapt G28

Description:
When selecting ''All'' pages from the dropdown field on the bottom page, the dropdown list is not displayed again.

Environment:
Mobile/Samsung Galaxy A70
PC/Windows 10 Home/Google Chrome Version 120.0.6099.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Precondition:
User must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags
Select ''All'' from the drop down list
Check if the drop down list is still displayed

Expected result:
User should be able to select number of pages to be displayed from the drop down list.

Actual result:
After selection the ''All'' option from the drop down list, the drop down list is not visible again.
