Description:
The spelling error option is not working

Expected Result:
When the "Spelling Error" option is checked, the app should provide warnings or red underlining for words with spelling mistakes, even if the "Word Suggestion" option is unchecked.

Actual Result:
No warning or red underlining is displayed for words written with spelling mistakes, even though the "Spelling Error" option is enabled.
