Spelling error option is not functionality
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open application
2.Uncheck word suggestions
3.Check "spelling error"
Expected result:
Displayed warning message and red underlining that we are writing the words with spelling mistakes

Actual result:
No warning message for spelling mistakes
