Description

The module responsible for calculating salaries is having defect that calculates the salaries wrongly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the app
2. Open the calculating salaries module
3. Check the calculated monthly salary of the employee
4. Check the Balance sheet, tax calculations, and annual salary calculations

Expected Results:

The salary of the employee should be calculated correct.

Actual Resulst:

The salary of the employee is calculated wronlgy.
