The mobile app crashes when user is attempting to log in and the issues remains even after restarting the app

Steps to reproduce
1.Open the mobile app
2.Try to write a comment
3.the login prompt appears
4.click on the login button and enter valid credentials
5.after filing the login click log in button
6.the app crashes

Expected results
The user should be able to log in when entering valid credentials

Actual results
After entering valid credentials and clicking on the log in button the app crashes and the log in is unsuccessfully
