Description
The ''Name'' field allows to user to create new user with less then 3 characters or more than 25 characters
Steps to Reproduce
1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
2.Click on ''Create'' button
3.In ''Name'' field write (D)
4.In ''Name'' field write (makedonijakumanovobajramshabanidenisilievski)
4.Fill in all other fields with valid data
5.Click on ''Create'' button
Expected Result
"Name" field should accept input length between 3 and 25 characters
Actual Result
''Name'' field accept input length lower than 3 and more than 25 characters
