openUser is able to create Attendee when Name box has alphabet different then the requirements

Description
User is able to create Attendee with Thai alphabet, although in specification is mentioned only Latin and Cyrilic alphabet
Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating new Attendee
2. Fill the Name box with "อิกอร์" Thai alphabet
3. Fill other boxes with specification requirements (only required fields)
4. Click on create button
Expected result:
Error message should appear and Attendee should not be created
Actual result:
New attendee was successfully created
