Description :
User can be created with only latin characters in password input field

Steps to reproduce :

1.Open https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users/create
2.Enter Name, email and in the password field enter at least 8 latin characters

Expected results :

Message should appear stating that the password input text is invalid

Actual results :

User is created
