During the execution of the test case for creating a new tag with a title containing less than 5 characters issue was found.

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2.Click on the tags menu
3.Click on CREATE button
4.Write less than 5 characters in the TITLE field
5.Click CREATE

Expected Results

Error message should appear, as a minimum of 5 characters is required.

Actual Results
No error message was displayed, and the new tag was successfully created.
