openUser is able to create Attendee when Name box has special characters that are not in the requirement

Description
User is able to create Attendee when he is using other special characters that are not part of the specification requirements.
Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating new Attendee
2. Fill the Name box with "Igor@"
3. Fill other boxes with specification requirements (only required fields)
4. Click on create button
Expected result:
Error message should appear and Attendee should not be created
Actual result:
New attendee was successfully created
