In the name input field entering more than 25 characters allows a user to be created.
Steps to reproduce :
1.Open https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users/create
2.In the name input field enter more than 25 characters
3.Click on create
Expected results :
Message should appear stating that the name input text is invalid
Actual results :
User is created
