While executing the test case for tag creation on the Tags page, a deficiency in title validation was identified.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2.Click on the tags menu
3.Click on CREATE button
4.Write more than 25 characters in the TITLE field
5.Click CREATE

Expected results
An error message should appear, indicating that the title field can not be more than 25 characters.

Tag has been created succesfully.
