Description:

Search field by name in users menu allows to enter characters that are not on Latin or Cyrillic

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to Interrupt web page
2. Navigate to user menu
3. Click on serach by name field
4. Enter the folowing characters ゴセ キトロゾスキ - Japanese

Expected Results:

User should not be able to type characters that are not in Latin or Cyrillic

Actual Results:

User is able to type the characters that are not in Latin or Cyrillic, and search is performed
