Description :

When creating a user, in the name input field user can be created with non Alphabetic characters.

Steps to reproduce :

1.Open https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
2.In the name input field type 拼字练习
3.Click on create

Expected results :

An error message should appear indicating that the name input is not acceptable

Actual results :

User is created.
