During the execution of the test case for tag creation on the Tags page, a defect was identified. The application does not appropriately validate the use of special characters and numbers in the title field.

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2.Click on the tags menu
3.Click on CREATE button
4.Write title with special characters in the TITLE field
5.Click CREATE

TESTDATA
NIKOLA!@#$

Expected results
An error message should appear, indicating that the title field should not contain special characters or numbers.

Actual results
Tag has been created successfully without displaying any error message.
