Description
User profile should be created in "Name" field by description up to 25 characters

Steps to reproduce
1.user should be navigated at https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
2.click on user menu
3.click create button
4.fill name box "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa"
5.fill email box
6.fill password
7.click create

Expected result
Unsuccessfully created user , should be shown that the name field is required with red
letters

Actual result
Successfully created User
