Description

User is able to create a new attendee when surname box has special characters that are not part of the specification requirement.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating new Attendee
2. Fill the Surname box with "Ilioski @!"
3. Fill other boxes with specification requirements (only required fields)
4. Click on create button

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Attendee should not be created

Actual result:
New attendee was successfully created
