Invalid special character is allowed in the Attendee surname during creation

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the website
2.Click on Attendees
3.fill in name (Olivera)
4.fill in surname(Cukleva@)
5.fill in the email field
6.Select a webinar from the drop-down menu
7.click on the Create button

Expected results
The system should prevent the creation of an attendee and an error message should appear

Actual results
The system allows the creation of a new attendee with invalid special character in the surname
