Steps to reproduce :

1.Open https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/create
2.Fill in the fields with valid input
3.Set start date 01.01.1999
4.Click on create

Expected results :

Message should appear stating that the start date is invalid

Actual results :

Webinar is created sucessfully
