Description

User is able to create Tag using more then the maximum characters as per specification requirements

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating new Tag
2. Fill the Tag box with "Igor QA Software Tester Group"
3. Click create

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Tag should not be created

Actual result:
New Tag was successfully created
