Description

User is able to create a Tag with Hindu alphabet, although is not part of the specification, only Latin or Cyrilic.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating new Tag
2. Fill the Tag box with "इगोर"
3. Click create

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Tag should not be created

Actual result:
New Tag was successfully created
