Description

User is able to create a Tag when he is using special characters that are not part of the specification

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating new Tag
2. Fill the Tag box with "Igor! Group 29"
3. Click create

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Tag should not be created

Actual result:
New Tag was successfully created
