User is able to create a Mentor when in Occupation box has special characters that are not part of specification requirement.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating Mentors
2. Fill the Occupation box with "Penzioner 1#"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification
4. Click create button

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Mentor should not be created

Actual result:
New Mentor was successfully created
