Description

User is able to create a Mentor when the occupation box has less then minimum characters, no error message shown.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating Mentors
2. Fill the Occupation box with "Echo"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification
4. Click create button

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Mentor should not be created

Actual result :
New Mentor was successfully created
