Description

User is able to create a Mentor when in Occupation box is used Chinese alphabet that is not part of the requirement.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating Mentors
2. Fill the Occupation box with "你好 你好 你好 你好 你好"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification
4. Click create button

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Mentor should not be created

Actual result:
New Mentor was successfully created
