Description

User is able to create a Mentor when bio box alphabet is in Chinese

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating Mentors
2. Fill the Bio box with "你好 你好 你好 你好 你好"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification
4. Click create button

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Mentor should not be created

Actual result :
New Mentor was successfully created
