User is able to create a Mentor when Name box special characters that are not part of the specification

Description

User is able to create a mentor when name box has special characters not part of the specification, error message is not shown.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating Mentors
2. Fill the Name box with " Igor !"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification
4. Click create button

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Mentor should not be created

Actual result:
New Mentor was successfully created
