User is able to create a Mentor when Name box is above maximum requirements

Description

User is able to create a Mentor when name box has more then the maximum specification requirements, no error message is shown.

S teps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating Mentors
2. Fill the Name box with "Igor........................."
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification
4. Click create button

E xpected result:
Error message should appear and Mentor should not be created
Actual result:
New Mentor was successfully created
