User is able to create a Mentor when Name box has alphabet that is not as per specification

Description

User is able to create a Mentor when Name box has Chinese alphabet, no error message is shown.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating Mentors
2. Fill the Name box with "你好你好你好"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification
4. Click create button

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Mentor should not be created

Actual result:
New Mentor was successfully created
