Description

The delete button on the users page is missing under the action section next to the edit button

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the interrapt page
2.Click on the users on the left side bar
3.Select a user from the list
4.Notice the missing delete button next to the edit button

Expected results
The created user should be able to be deleted and the delete button should appear next to the edit button

Actual results
The Created user is missing the delete button under the action row next to the edit button
